About Me

Howdy! My name is David Bridgeman (he/him) – pleased to meet you. You can check out my LinkedIn here.

I was born in Portland, Oregon, and brought those “Keep Portland Weird” sensibilities with me to Idaho. I’m an avid musician – I play guitar, keyboards, and sing in a band called Downcoast.

Reasonable pricing

You already know you need good branding – I won’t try and convince you of that. The problem comes with price. I’m a one-man show. (read: no overhead) I can get you something amazing for a good price.

Quick and easy

After creating countless websites and graphics over the last seven years, I’ve streamlined the process into a quick and easy turnaround that will work for both you and me.

Environmentally positive

Pink Robot Studios uses 100% wind-powered hosting and plants five trees for every new project. So far, I’ve planted over 150 trees and counting. I’m also a signee of the Sustainable Web Manifesto.

You support charity

I donate 5 percent of all Pink Robot Studios profits to charity. This year, I’ve selected the Boise Hive as my recipient. They’re a local Boise nonprofit providing resources for the music community.

Why "Pink Robot?"

I’m a huge music nerd. (I’m also in a band!) Have you noticed the Beatles references scattered throughout the site? There’s even one on this very page…

One of my all time favorite bands is The Flaming Lips. In 2002, they released my favorite album of theirs, Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots. The title track quickly became one of my favorite songs upon first listen. So I decided to name my studio after something that made me happy.

pictured here: a photo i took of the flaming lips performing "Yoshimi battles the pink robots pt.1." great show!
